We started Horizon Labs because the businesses that keep Britain running — the solicitors, manufacturers, hauliers, engineers and family firms — deserve the same modern tools as the tech giants, without the jargon, the hype or the open-ended invoices.
Our story
Why we exist
Most established businesses we meet have the same story. They've built something solid over years or decades, with loyal customers and a strong reputation. But the website was last updated years ago, the office runs on spreadsheets and email, and every week brings another pitch for an AI tool nobody quite trusts.
